Products
must be returned within 15 days of the ship date. The items must be
in their original packaging, unused and in salable condition to
receive credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling
cost relating to returned merchandise, including initial delivery and
return delivery.
You
must receive a return authorization from us before merchandise is
returned. Please call customer service at 610-399-4300 for a return
authorization number and return instructions. Any merchandise
received without a valid R/A number or in poor condition will be
refused and returned to sender.
Please
allow up to 15 business days for return processing and credit to
appear on your statement.
Defective
Products:
Your
Office Connection will pay for shipping if the products are
defective, damaged, or the item received is not what was ordered. You
must report the items as defective, damaged or wrong within 48 hours
of receiving the shipment. Replacement product will ship and bill as
if it is new order. Certain items do not qualify for returns, such
as, but no limited to, electronics, software, furniture,
food/beverages, medicines, and custom orders.
Your
Office Connection reserves the right to deny and return, amend these
terms at any time and to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
