Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. When you place an order you will be bound by our terms and conditions of sale. If you don't agree, please do not proceed with your order.

Definitions:

"Your Office Connection" trading as "yourofficeconnection.com”,

"Customer" or "you" means the person or company who place an order via the website, by phone, fax, email to purchase any of the products.

"Products" means the products offered for sale by yourofficeconnection.com via the website.

"the Website" means " yourofficeconnection.com "

yourofficeconnection.com (“Site”) currently provided free of charge to users who agree to abide by these terms and conditions.  Your Office Connection the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time, and to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time as Your office Connection sees fit.  Users who violate these Terms and Conditions will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Site.  Users should check these Terms and Conditions periodically.  By using the Site after we post changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them. 

Price and Availability:

All products advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products for any reason, we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products.  We are not responsible for typographical errors.

All prices stated on the site or other sales literature may be altered by us from time to time without notice to you.

Canceling an Order which has already been placed:

UPS and Common Carrier trucks leave our warehouses all throughout the day.  Orders placed in our system may already have been shipped within just minutes of being placed.

If you place an order and need to cancel please be aware that it may have already shipped. 
Trucks cannot be recalled and orders, once on those trucks, will be delivered.  If your order has already shipped you will be responsible for all freight charges.  We will try very hard to stop any shipment if we can.

Any request to cancel an order must be made via phone @ 610-399-4300 & Email @ [email protected] allowing us a written record of your request.

If you refuse shipment on UPS orders for the purposes of canceling an order you will not be credited back for the shipping charge and return freight back to our warehouse.

Acceptance of Orders:

The receipt of an order confirmation email by yourofficeconnection.com does not constitute acceptance of an order.
We reserve the right to reject orders or limit the quantities on any order. It is possible that verification of customer
information may be required prior to acceptance and fulfillment of an order. yourofficeconnection.com reserves the right to accept business or reject business from any individual, business or organization. If your order is accepted you agree to pay the full price, including shipping (if applicable) and sales tax (if applicable) shown on the checkout page. If there are additional services required such as lift gate or inside delivery you agree to pay for these services (which will be quoted prior to shipment).

Purchase Orders:

yourofficeconnection.com accepts purchase orders from Federal, State and Local government agencies Including school districts and public schools. We require orders via PO be for a minimum order of $150.00  Purchase order payments are Net 30 days.

Purchase Orders are not accepted from individuals.  Purchase Orders are also not accepted from any other company or
organization.  Any order placed using the Purchase Order option during checkout not fitting the above criteria will be deleted immediately.
